Terms of Service

  1. The $150 session fee paid includes access to your private gallery, from which you select and download 10 images of your choice.

  2. Want more? Additional images are available for $15 each. The gallery expires after 6 months, starting the day you sign this form — images not downloaded by then may be permanently removed.

  3. Your gallery link is sent exclusively to you. You are welcome to share it with family and friends, but please be aware that anyone with the link can view your photos and purchase additional images. Share at your own discretion.

  4. Watermarked image previews may not be downloaded, screenshotted, or shared. Only images downloaded through the gallery after purchase are licensed for your use.

  5. This agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina, Buncombe County.
